CDAC Progressive Freebie Challenge

This is the fourth Free digi in the CDAC Progressive Freebie Challenge. You still have until June 30th to get your 4 free digi's and enter them into the Progressive Freebie Challenge at CDAC.  I'm still having so much fun. I made this Birthday card for my new best friend at work. I colored the aloha girl with my copic pens. And my Petaloo flower embellishments. (notice the bling of course?)
